Ashlina has been a senior practising Solicitor at LawBridge Lawyers since 2016. She specialises in property law, mortgage law, and mortgage lending. 

Ashlina possesses extensive experience in preparing and negotiating complex leasing arrangements, loan agreements, disclosure statements, development agreements, sale contracts and other property and mortgage-specific documentation. 

She regularly represents clients in commercial and residential property matters, including sales and purchases, as well as commercial, industrial, and retail leasing. Ashlina’s clients range from private individuals to institutional clients such as financial institutions, private lenders, borrowers, property developers, and small to medium businesses.
